Hacking the iPhone really pays big. The New Jersey teenager who managed to successfully get Apple’s iPhone working with T-mobile’s network and shattered AT&T’s exclusivity has won himself something really big. George Hotz says that with help from his buddies he successfully eradicated AT&T’s dominance from iPhone’s SIM, forcing the craved gadget to accept calls run through T-mobile’s network. The media went crazy after Hotz's super gizmo miracle and what the boy genius wanted for this was a brand new Nissan 250Z and he got it. He got the car from Terry Daidone, the founder of Certicell, who had contacted Hotz and made a deal with that if he gave Hotz three new 8GB iPhones and a car, he gave him that marvelous unlocked iPhone. The deal worked and both earned a big profit from it.
That's not all, Hotz is now an employee of not only Certicell, but also Puremobile and will be doing consulting work for the both of them. Hotz also described the tools required to unlock the iPhone and in way revealed this big secret. All you need is a trusty case opener, a soldering iron, fine pitch wire, and an unlock switch and the iPhone is ready to work on your commands.
