W54S For The Japanese Market

Another new phone is all set to rock the Japanese market. This time it is the W54S and it comes with a 2.8 inch organic EL display with LISMO audio equipment that corresponds to the Sony Ericsson-made CDMA 1X WIN terminal. Its launch is scheduled for March 12 and it will be available at a price of 20,000 yen. The organic EL display is adopted by the approximately 2.8-inch, 240 x 400 dot WQVGA and the phone will come loaded with QUALCOMM's latest chip the MSM7500. It has a folding type body with a metal frame and style and features a lustrous finish with flat keys. There is Bluetooth support with A2DP, and AVRCP profile support. You also get Bluetooth-enabled wireless headphones. The handset also sports a 324 million pixel CMOS Auto focus camera. The communication system in EV-DO Rev.A is supported by a video phone. In addition you also get a digital radio, FM EZ, PC site viewer. the dimensions of the phone are 50 x 106 x 19.1mm and weighs about 145 g and will be avialable in Black Velvet and aqua blue colors.
