Ben Jandrell from the UK has come with a unique invention that can really change things in the days to come. He has come up with a charger that works on wind energy. Ben was commissioned to build three prototypes for Orange which were subsequently shown off at the Glastonbury festival. The new gadget has not found a name as yet but it can generate about a half-watt of power which is enough to trickle charge the batteries you need to boost your mobile phone with.

Buzz is that Orange is considering launching Ben's product. We hope it happens real soon. After all new things like these will sure go a long way in saving our resources.
